The Root Café
We have delicious burgers, bratwursts, sandwiches, soups, salads, pies, and pastries that feature fresh, seasonal ingredients sourced from small farms in the area. 100% of the meat and bread and most of the cheese and vegetables we use are locally grown or produced. We also offer locally-roasted coffees, homemade grape and apple sodas and ginger lemonade as well as the best of Arkansas beer and wine (coming soon). In addition, we host a range of activities from food preservation workshops and guest speakers to music events and art openings.

The Boulevard Bread Company
Boulevard Bread Company, founded in 1999, is dedicated to the art and craft of preparing world-class cuisine, artisan breads, European-style pastries, and authentic Italian-style coffee. We use only the best organic, seasonal, and locally grown products to support this endeavor. In addition, Boulevard Bread Company is committed to providing hard-to-find gourmet pantry items, artisan cheese, olives, and charcuterie to our customers.
Green is the Goal! Boulevard Bread Company is committed to being a "low-impact," environmentally friendly business! Toward that end, we buy everything from local sources when possible and support local farmers and sustainable agriculture. Most of our disposables are made from corn or potato by-products that are biodegradable and compostable. Our coffee is 100% fair trade and organic, we use earth-friendly cleaners, and we recycle glass, cardboard, aluminum, and plastics. Let's work together as a community to protect our land and our future.
